The Arts Council of England (ACE) has granted Bedford Borough Council a major award of £50,000, part of which is to support three new artist residencies in the town. This Development Award is one of only two made in England in 2003, and reflects ACE's growing confidence in Bedford as a credible cultural destination, and a place that supports innovation and excellence in the Arts.
Susannah Oliver, is one of the three artists in residence at 31, Castle Lane, each artist has been paired up with a host venue. Susannah has been working in partnership with Bedford Museum.
