The Friends promote the John Bunyan Museum, recently housed in its new building.  They finance improvements by holding fundraising events. Membership is over 200 and growing.  At present the majority come from the local community but, increasingly, we are welcoming international members.  As a member of the British Association of Friends of  Museums we benefit from their support.

The Friends currently hold three events a year, with a wide variety of talks, music and light-hearted occasions.
